1 package ground lean turkey
5 TBS BBQ Sauce (divided, I used Sweet Baby Rays)
2 tbs bread crumbs
1 large onion, sliced
4 slices 2% Cheese
Whole wheat buns

Mix turkey, bread crumbs, and 3 TBS BBQ Sauce.

Sautee onions with pam. Mix in BBQ sauce and cook until onions are translucent.

Shape burgers and cook them on a griddle at medium heat. Turn over after 5 minutes top with cheese and cook all the way through. Top with BBQ Onions.
